Welcome to the Deepings Raft Race, one of the highlights of the summer in the Deepings. Held every year on the first Sunday of August, the event has brought the community together on the River Welland since the 1960s. Teams build their own rafts and take to the water in themed races, cheered on by crowds along the riverbank. With plenty of fun, creativity, and friendly competition, the Deepings Raft Race is a fantastic day out for everyone.

Without your support there is no Raft Race, so thank you for everything, whether it is a donation of money or in-kind support. We simply can not do it without you. And of course, thank you to everyone who volunteered to make this event happen. As well as the committee, there are numerous individuals and organisations who have volunteered their time to make this day as successful as it is.
